It is so easy to open an account on line, and then just drop off your clothing. You receive a text message advising that your order is ready for pickup. Swanson's did a great job on my first order.
Quick turn around, decent price, friendly staff and the pass through is great as parking is horrible in that neighborhood. Fingers crossed for pickup/delivery from apartments in future
Overall the experience at Swansons was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. They are quick, convenient and incredibly friendly and the manager is always willing to assist her customers to provide a positive experience.
The only reason for the -1 star is do to one portion of the drape that has severe wrinkle still in it. I was advised this may relax over time due to being linen drapes and if that is true I will make 5 stars. Otherwise this does seem like a fairly substantial spot to miss.
