Kathleen was ready for me when I got there on time. She was great to cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. She explained the process when she added a small bit of oil to the longer hairs. I am very pleased with the hair cut.
Requested style: I requested a simple slight undercut a little above the shoulders.

I recently visited Supercuts for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The stylist was professional, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered helpful suggestions to suit my style. The haircut turned out just the way I hoped, with clean lines and attention to detail. But the only thing was having to wait a bit more than usual.

I would like to just say that my experience coming to Supercuts on 16th Street downtown is always a great pleasure the staff are very kind and professional. I also want to give a great big thanks to Hilda she is a n amazing hair stylist as well as coloring hair she has the most beautifulest personality an excellent work ethics I most definitely will be back for touch ups! ?❤️
