First let me say I've been going to Christy for years with my locks. Since I've had a kid I haven't allowed anyone to be in her hair until now. Her hair is majorly curly and she needed a trim asap. The scheduling g is quick and easy and was able to get her in a couple of days later which worked with our schedule. While there PRO TIP: bring a tablet, phone with a charge or something to distract them. It only took about a hour from start to finish but was a big help.
