We (Univision) use Spencer Building Maintenance for our standard janitorial service, as well a for enhanced cleaning/disinfecting/day porter service. They've been taking care of our broadcast facility for roughly 4 years. I highly recommend them for around the clock service. They go well above and beyond the service agreement scope, and we can always count on a swift response should unexpected issues and/or requests arise. They clearly understand the value of good customer service! Rob Erickson - Univision/JLL
