I had a very good experience on my 1st visit. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They also explained everything to me. However, until now, I haven’t received my aligners. The order was placed 1st week of April. The tracking said it was sent back to shipper. It says that there was an attempted delivery to my place but I have never received any. Tried calling their cs hotline but they just sent me the tracking no. I was already charged for my order. I just hope somebody from their company will call me and give me an estimate delivery of my aligners.

Took my son to get his scan done on a weekend so I didn’t have to miss work, since because not all places have a Saturday option. Imoni was helpful, efficient and explained everything in detail from start to finish. We are excited for him to start!!
