With copiers and scanners a part of everyday business life, the key to success is to find a solid company with a great sales and support team. No need to look farther than Smile Business Products. Was pleasantly surprised to see a familiar name on the Smile roster: Julie Ann Lozano. Julie Ann is a top notch sales rep and provides a level of customer service that is almost impossible to find anymore. Having had the pleasure of knowing Julie Ann for years through the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas Valley Chambers of Commerce, along with a myriad of other local non-profits that enjoy her support, I was happy to hear she was back in the industry after a brief foray into banking. Jukie Ann is creative and goes above and beyond for her customers. One of my favorite Julie Ann-ism was when she showed up at the front door bearing a box that contained a delicious, fresh baked cake with a note on it ensuring everyone that "Working with her would be a piece of cake!" So classy! And, of course, she's true to her word. So if you're looking for a copier, scanner or a business system, definitely reach out to Julie Ann and give her an opportunity to prove how easy she is to work with and delivers on her promises. The woman knows how to sell and service ... just ask any of her customers. There is a reason she made it into the Million Dollar Sales Club during the pandemic. She is truly a cut above the rest.

Let me be the guy that posts a positive review here. Smile is a GREAT company, they have excellent service too! We have no complaints. I've also referred them to many others in our investment group and they have taken excellent care of their companies also. 22 years for my company and 17 for theirs! Thank You, Smile!

I have dealt with the Smile Representatives on numerous occasions over the the last 20 years and have had nothing but positive interactions. We have purchased copiers and service from them and regularly receive stellar support. When requesting service, questioning billing or submitting our meter readings; their people are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Smile to other companies and will continue to support and partner with this local business!
