Left our daughters backpack on the rental shuttle and luckily the amazing shuttle driver had turned it in, with EVERYTHING in it including a IPad! The gentleman working there was a super sweet guy as well, you can tell he genuinely cares and loves what he does.

Very helpful people, lost my file folder which I have some important papers so I call them 3 times and leave a voicemail, next day they call me verify my identity and hold my folder for next 5 days ….Thank you guys

I lost my glasses on October 30th and didn’t realize it until I was off the plane in another state. I messaged the Lost and Found the following Monday but I tried making my peace with the fact that I’d probably never see my glasses again. In a last ditch effort I contacted the Lost and Found office and was shocked to find out that they had my glasses! I am so pleased with how they handled everything. They explained everything so well. They let me know that they have a FedEx onsite and so packages for FedEx would be shipped faster than USPS and UPS which could take 1-2 more days because they are not onsite.
