During the recent rain and wind storms here in NorCal, my roof sprung a leak and water was getting into my upstairs bedroom and the ceiling, walls, baseboards, subfloor and carpet were getting soaked. I reached out to several contractors to see who could get over here ASAP to limit the damage. As you could imagine, it was difficult to find someone but luckily I spoke to Patrick at ServPro Florin and he promised to make it out to my place that afternoon. Within a few hours, Patrick and his partner showed up and they got to work and did an awesome job minimizing and containing the damage to just the 2nd floor bedroom. We found mold in our bathroom but didn't know the source of the water. Patrick and his team were incredibly responsive to requests for quotes and thoughts about how we would remediate. His team got out quickly and had a couple of ideas about what the issues was but admitted we wouldn't know until we open up the wall. He gave me a single price (which was lower than others) - once they opened the wall his team identified a different issue than expected but they stuck to their price ended up swapping services for the same price (i.e. once they realized the toilet had caused the issue they pulled the toilet for us instead of opening the wall and kept the price the same)....read full review

Patrick and his crew were amazing! Great communication from start to finish, showed up when scheduled, answered all my questions, honest and ethical, and did great work. I'll be working with him again on future jobs.
