The person who is assisting Dixon Unified School District is unprofessional and rude and should not be allowed to work in a capacity that can negatively impact children. After a school wide power outage the district brought diesel generators and placed them a few feet away from the kindergarten classrooms. Some children had documented elevated levels of carbon monoxide in their blood as a result. They asked the generators be relocated. The individual who is working with Dixon Unified School District doesn’t seem to care, and has not given the ok to move them yet. It’s been almost a week. The individual who is working with Dixon Unified School District is unprofessional and in my opinion should not be in an industry where it's necessary to care about children. After our school had a catastrophic power failure they had diesel generators brought in to provide power, but they put them up against the kindergarten class rooms. Some students had negative reactions to the emissions. The parents asked them to be moved. Rather than do that the lady has been nasty and rude and they still are not moved.
