Update: I didn't give up and finally got a hold of Monique. She did a fantastic job on my keratin treatment. She mainly teaches now so it was harder to get in but the quality and service was great just like I remembered.
UPDATE 11/11/2023: In response to Business Owner reply to my original review... Thank you so much for your reply to my review. By law credit disputes must be made to the credit card company within a specific time frame. Before submitting any credit disputes to my credit card company, I was required by law to attempt to resolve the issue by contacting you (Salon Entro) the business owner multiple times, which I did with no response. I tried all forms of communication via phone, email and website to no avail. I was then left with no option other than to open a dispute unfortunately since the legal timeframe for disputes was closing. I feel that communication from your business was a key point in continuing successful transactions and unfortunately in my customer opinion you failed on that aspect which is very unfortunate since as a honest consumer, I would have loved to do business with your company. I hope you will consider improving this communication aspect in the future.
I used to get my hair done at this location, I used to buy gift cards to use from their website but the last time I bought one, I was told they had updated the fine print to only include the Charlotte, NC location or online store. This was not clear, and I complained, but they said all sales were final and I purchased some products online. Everything went fine, but my 2nd order never arrived. It took MONTHS to finally get cancelled due to no inventory and I was told to purchase other products. I did make a 3rd purchase, but it never shipped! I attempted to contact both locations multiple times trying to fill these orders, only to get ignored most of the time. I actually paid about $30 over the gift card amount too but this order hasn't been cancelled, refunded, or anything! I need help getting my products or money back! Thanks in advance, Danika
