My first visit was a great experience, but during my next appointment, I encountered an issue that I wanted to highlight in hopes of helping improve the overall customer experience.

Regarding the booking and hair drop-off policy. Currently, the policy states that hair should be dropped off /delivered at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, which is understandable.

However, from a customer’s perspective, there can be some confusion. For example, if a service is still available for booking within that 72-hour window, it gives the impression that the appointment can go ahead—even if there’s no flexibility to accommodate a delayed hair drop-off....read full review

Honestly so happy with everything! Her service, her personality, her work… top notch! My braids came out beautiful and I’m so happy I took the hour drive to be serviced by her ! 🤍

I’ve gotten my hair braided a few times and never left disappointed! Her braids are really top tier! Especially as a tender headed client it literally feels like she’s barely touching my hair, & the braids are always secure! Recently got boho braids and they are by far my favorite, will definitely be back before my maternity leave!Service: Braids
