Tiffany is phenomenal, I cannot recommend her enough. She's absolutely a light. I went in for a lymphatic message, as I had two surgeries under a year and I wish I'd come in much sooner after my surgeries, as it looks like I am dealing with lymphedema. The massage was very gentle as informed, even on areas where I was experiencing discomfort, nothing hurt and Tiffany always let me know to communicate what works and what doesn't, and checking in with me during the whole process. I had a compassionate, safe and informative experience. I left feeling so empowered and knowing my body more, and feeling safe to continue my healing journey. I’ve been honored to have 3 body work sessions with Tiffany.
I’ve had 2 cupping sessions and 1 Swedish session.
The thing that sticks out the most to me is, there are massage therapist then there are massage therapist like Tiffany. Her skills are so prevalent the moment your session begins.
It is unlike any other massage I’ve ever had and I’m a massage therapist too!
If feels like her hands are doing a very well choreographed dance on your body.
Then there’s the small touches she does, like blocking out the window light, using hot towels, using hot packs on the sore spots, spritzing hydrosol scents on the face cradle.

I was in town for a wedding from the East Coast and was contending with a seriously painful upper hamstring made worse by the travel. By complete luck, I found Tiffany’s practice and encouraged by the rave reviews I booked an appointment. Luck indeed because Tiffany was precisely the right person for what I needed: competent, compassionate, effective, funny, focused, knowledgeable, relaxing. She helped me by deploying a variety of treatments and I’m already feeling better. Highly recommended.
