Dr. Fowler and her staff are outstanding. The care that this Dr gives is phenomenal. Dr. Fowler discover a problem that I was having and got me into the hospital asap. I was able to have the surgery I needed. But, before I went to the hospital the Dr. Called me at home during the evening because she was worried about me and to make I that I get to the hospital in the morning. While I was in the hospital she texted and spoke with to make sure I was taken care of and if the surgeon need to speak with her she made herself available. This the best place I have ever been for a eye Dr. I just want to say thank and you have all my gratitude. You save my vision.

Went in to get my eyes exam edd and new glasses today. Everyone in the office especially Martha,were friendly. She is very knowledgeable. I recommend this office 100%. The front desk was great too. Evelyn, Jocelyn and Nouka and Dr Wang

Martha, licensed optician at Royo Eye & Laser Center So Sac. Is fantastic. Very kind, friendly and helpful. She will go above and beyond to help you meet your needs and wants. I will miss her dearly as she was previously at the Roseville location and I've had personal great experience working with her as a patient for more than 10 years.

He works alongside ophthalmologist, Doctor Brian Rothlisberger, who also treats glaucoma and macular degeneration. We accept insurance.
