He explained every aspect of what my problem was, and how it would be fixed. He kept me updated on every step of the progress they were making, as well as shared pictures with me of the work they were doing under my home, as they were doing it. Roto-Rooter was fantastic. We noticed our septic pump wasn’t working and was overflowing on a Saturday afternoon. They had it fixed by Sunday morning. Kevin came to pump it for us and went above and beyond to fix the problem - he was awesome. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
