I cannot speak highly enough about Vlad and Pavel with Roof Checks. It’s an industry where if the work is not done right and a skilled eye does not perform a proper inspection it can cost the homeowner thousands upon thousands of dollars. And when things get tough in the midst of a real estate transaction, these guys are the real deal and have gone above and beyond to do the right thing because that’s how they operate. It’s the type of people they are. They have done work at many of our clients homes as well as at my personal home over the years.
Roofcheckers replaced my old 4'x4' skylight with one that has a built-in light blocking insulated shade that operates by remote control. Solar, so it needs no wiring. It makes a huge difference. We've had some days in the '90s and I don't need air conditioning until after 2:30 p.m. and my air conditioning doesn't have to work as hard to keep my house cool. Serge did a great job and the company is really easy to work with. Highly recommend.
We’ve been recommending Roof Checks to our real estate clients for several years, and they’ve consistently been great to work with. We’ve also had many clients use them for repairs after purchasing their homes, and the feedback has always been positive. Their pricing is reasonable, they’re reliable, and they do quality work. It’s hard to find companies in this industry that are both responsive and dependable, and Roof Checks has continued to deliver on both. Highly recommend!
