Young man by the name of Brian i believe, was very helpful. After the initial check-in, saw that I did not have a membership and asked if I would like set one up. After I declined and told him I just needed a single wash for my father's truck, he understood and offered my options. Great customer service and not overly pushy. Thanks!
I had previously left a negative review and I want to say that it has been corrected I spoke to Jose actually he called me and made things right which I highly respect not many people do that nowadays I went back to this Quick Quack on Stockton Boulevard and had a great experience. I asked for towels and they were given to me kindly. I would ask anyone reading this review to please use the towels and put them back
