We went with Quality because they promised they would care for our home like no other. The rep promised so many things he could not deliver. They installed the wrong color roof then took weeks to respond to us. They brought over the wrong samples to "prove" it was the right color, but they lied the entire time. The window install cost $8,000 more than any other quote and the work was sloppy. they left glass everywhere, trampled plants, and broke property inside my house then hid the evidence. The roof leaked shortly after the work was done and they claimed no fault of theirs. TERRIBLE COMPANY, still fighting for a resolution a year later.Service: Roof installation

We went with Quality because they promised they would care for our home like no other. The rep promised so many things that the company just could not deliver. They installed the wrong roof color and as soon as we called to tell them they took weeks to respond to us. When they finally brought out roof samples to "prove" it was the right color, they brought an open box filled with the wrong color. It was a complete lie. The window install was higher than any other quote, but they said they has specialized installers that our older home needed.
