This is not a physical store! It’s a UPS drop off location, they’re open till 6 PM and you fill out a little form and leave your glasses and within a few days your glasses are fixed and they call you on pricing starts at around $90 to fix the frame. Mine was done over the weekend in one day and they shipped to my house for $15, very happy.Update the glasses broke again a few days later, had 90 day warranty with them they attempted to fix it again and communicated with me but unfortunately due to it being titanium they couldn’t get it to weld properly so they returned them and refunded me. After YEARS trying to find cable (spring) earpiece frames so that my glasses don't slip at work, softball or fishing, PRO-OP added them to my old glasses; what a difference. Am very pleased.
