Superior Service Gentleman who answered the phone was so personable I wished he was a friend. He gave clear instructions and directions. He replied to texts promptly. An estimate of cost was determined. I was assured they could do the job and the turnaround was short. They went far beyond the repair. The vintage glasses frames were made better than they have ever been. My favorite frames are like new! Thank you Pro-Op for your excellent service. The cost was moderate and definitely worth it.
I discovered this shop when they operated out of a store front. Since moving to a different location and everything being a drop off service I am equally satisfied. Between my son and I our glasses have needed rescuing and Pro Op has saved the day and $$$! I have no desire to go anywhere else. They have been fast and affordable. Repair quality has been fantastic!
This is the place to have your precious eyeglasses repair. The hinge on my glasses wasn't working correctly. I thought this was it for my broken frames until an optician told me to take it to Pro Op. Boy, I am glad I did. Dan who worked on my frame was super in fixing it. Best of all the price was right.
