I ordered a dishwasher from Costco and Premier came out to do the installation. Victor and Jesus did the installation and they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. I thought I had a GFI plug underneath, but I did not. They installed one in record time (at a fair cost) and then installed the dishwasher. They leveled everything out and made sure it both ran and made sure that the there were no leaks. If I had the opportunity, I would have Victor and Jesus install all my appliances. They were great.
This company hired a subcontractor to do the work of a kitchen remodel for Lowe’s. It took three years and thousands of dollars out of my pocket, and a lawyer before the project was completed.
This company has multiple names. Beware.
If I could rate this one 0 star, I would. I don’t know why Best Buy could hire this third party for installation. Very unprofessional not even care what a customer say. Just a simple microwave top over the range installation conversion from a hood. The guy wanted to charge extra $160 just to drill 2 holes on the wall and the top for the vent which Best Buy already charged me $200. Is this a rip off? How they got contracts with Best Buy they don’t even want to work on the installation. Garbage!!!
