I contacted Jim Lopez of Pinnacle Home Services after receiving a home inspection report that the little 100-year old 2 bed/1 bath farmhouse I was buying had foundation & related issues. Pinnacle was excellent; they responded very quickly to my request, sent out a representative who did a thorough inspection, and then actually told me I didn't need the thing I thought I needed, and didn't charge me! Very honest and wonderful company.
