I have been looking for someone to help me with my 15 year old's son skin bc as a teenager and football player wearing helmets all the time he has a A LOT acne. One of my friend's referred Windy to me and said that Windy really helped her skin. My son has gone to Windy twice now and even after his 1st session with her I seen a dramatic change in his skin. He actually came home "glowing" she sent me tips that he can do at home and recommended what we could do at home. Today he had his 2nd facial with Windy and once again, he came home "glowing" smiling from ear to ear. Which of course makes me happy. She has a fully booked schedule, which definitely means she is great and unfortunately I had to reschedule my son's appointment a few days ago due to an injury. She sent me a text checking on my son making sure he was okay, she didn't not have to do that, especially with her busy schedule. That makes her even more special. To top it off she contacted me a few days later when she had an opening! Talk about customer service! If you are looking for an esthetician, I highly recommend Windy! You will not be disappointed! Very reasonable prices. I am looking forward to my son's journey with her as in only 2 appointments I have seen a dramatic change in his skin. Thank you Windy! This is a review that is far overdue. I have been a client of Personal Touch Esthetics for several years now, and every time my appointment comes up, I am just as excited as I was the first time. I am one of those women that was never overly concerned with my complexion. My skin care routine generally involved whatever was popular at the drug store at the time, and I had always been fairly minimal with my makeup. I had had facials in the past, usually as an overpriced treat during a spa day with girlfriends. It never occurred to me to do this on the regular. But I was getting a little older, and starting to notice changes in my skin. That is when I found Windy! And honestly, the whole experience has been nothing short of life changing. I trust Windy without hesitation. The products she uses are amazing, and available for purchase at a lower price point than many department store brands. I love that I can use them at home, and the scents take me right back to her table. I love that the treatments she offers vary based on the needs of my skin in any particular season, and honestly I have never had an esthetician put out such a relaxing, chill vibe. I know Windy has a full schedule, but I have never felt rushed or that she was rushing. Every facial also comes with the most amazing shoulder, arm, hand and foot massage that practically leave me tingling all day! Keep in mind, this is a full service salon. in addition to her fabulous facials, Windy offers numerous other services. In addition to my regular facials, I also count on Windy to give me the most perfectly shaped brows, make sure my upper lip is always presentable, and my eyelashes are particularly awesome thanks to her meticulous eyelash extensions. Most days, I just roll out of bed, wash my face, put on my moisturizer, and I am good to go! Whether you get regular facials somewhere else, or you are considering trying it for the first time, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Personal Touch Esthetics. This is self care at its finest.
