Hai is very trustworthy, reasonable, honest, reliable, and, let me tell you, does he know his stuff! He keeps current knowledge of the ever-changing computer industry (networks, virus protection/treatment, VPN, hardware, software, etc). He installed an SSD drive and made some tweeks to my slow PC and now it's 10 times faster. It's like a new computer! We started talking about graphics card and he gave me several recommendations.
