Pathlight allowed me the time and space to work through my depression and anxiety. I felt very supported in their PHP program. My favorite part was "Optimal Engagement", it helped me a lot with my crippling anxiety. I would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with crippling depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD.

My experience with the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center of Sacramento was wonderful. They provide multiple relevant group educational and processing sessions each day with various staff members, all of whom are warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The individual level of care provided in the PHP is fantastic, with weekly health check-ins with a nurse, multiple sessions each week with a therapist, and at least weekly meetings with a psychiatrist and/or psychiatric nurse for medical management.
