I signed up for Orangetheory Arden-Arcade back in January 2025 and it’s been amazing ever since. Every coach here is awesome—from my very first class with Kassidy (even though I usually only catch her on Saturdays!) to my regulars, Coach Kim and Coach Caleb, who always bring the heat and push us to get better. Shoutout to Coach Michael too—even though he’s no longer at this location, he crushed the private class he ran for my company.

I did a free trial class here and it was awesome. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a trial class. The staff are super friendly. They contacted me to make sure the appointment I scheduled worked for me and rescheduled with me. They didn’t push a membership at the end which I appreciated. I love this style of work out. It’s somewhat a go at your own pace, but the stats help motivate you if you have any kind of competitive streak. I was challenged and sore, but it was manageable. This was my first time booking a class with Orange theory. The gym is newer and clean equipped with lockers (but you should bring your own lock), restrooms, and heart rate monitors. Coach Monte had great energy and gave direction that was easy to follow. Our class was fun, challenging, and an awesome combination of different workouts. After the class was over, Coach Monte reviewed our stats with us and things to look forward to and keep track of with future visits.
