Service person, Beau, cleared my main drain. He was very professional & and explained in detail what my problem. He recommended I call City bc they were responsible for some of my root problem. Beau is an asset to your company. I recommend Mr Rooter for your sewer problems.
Mr. Rooter is quick to respond. The wait time is short and they are available 7 days a week with after hours services. They have high standards for customer service satisfaction and is reflected in their work. I have high regards for their competence and ability to get the job done right while keeping the cost minimal. I highly recommend their services for any of your future plumbing needs.
I called 19 different plumbers between Saturday night and Sunday morning, and this was the first company that said - Yes, they can come out today at this specific time.Others said- Monday, or “we will get back to you after putting the service order in”, which was 2 days later for one of them.It was so relieving just to have an appt set up.The service was great. Beau was very informative, got our sewer drains moving again and gave us some short and long term options to follow up with.Thanks so much!
