Sad to say but we have had to use their services several times over the years but every single time we have received the best service the entire staff are always so compassionate and kind and so professional I recommend their services for your time of need you will not regret it
The staff of Morgan Jones was amazing. So compassionate and caring, guiding our family thru our difficult time every step of the way. I highly recommend them to your family and friends.
The funeral overall went well, and the general staff was amazing. However, there were a few issues with the funeral director. It felt like she was disorganized; she didn't even know the deceased's name and had to take time to look for it. The audience had to yell it out, which was pretty embarrassing and surprising. Additionally, at the end, it felt like she rushed everyone to leave.
Despite these issues, the overall service was great because of the staff and the preacher, who was quite amazing and engaging. He provided a meaningful sermon and closure. Next time, it would be best to have him open and close everything without her (the director)
