I recently signed up my 4-year-old, and I can’t express how happy I am with the coaches. You can truly see how much they love teaching and working with the kids. While it is a bit pricey, I see it as an investment because these classes teach so much—discipline, courage, and listening skills that children carry with them into school and throughout life. My child is usually very shy since he is an only child, but these classes have helped him come out of his shell tremendously. I’m so glad we found this amazing place!

My friend and I went to the woman self defense class on the third Saturday of every month and had no idea what to expect. The whole experience was definitely a 11/10. You get some great mentors, fun vibes, and great laughs and all while learning techniques that could help you in the real world if someone tries to mess with ya! Omar and his team were a real treat!! I would go again!

My son started martial arts here just three months ago, and the change in him has been amazing. I signed him up not just for the physical benefits, but so he could work on focus, resilience, and discipline. In such a short time, his confidence has grown so much. He just earned a new belt, and he was so proud. He told me, “I worked so hard for it,” and I couldn’t agree more. The coaches are awesome, and the vibe here is so positive. I’m so thankful for the difference this place has made for him.
