After many years of research and a little bit of fear I decided to begin my loc journey Dec 2023. I began following Monae's Universal Styles page so I booked an appointment and I'm so thankful I did. From the very first visit I love India's personable manner, her communication, and I love her work she's made my journey a lot of fun and she's fast and does AMAZING work. I highly recommend her!
If I could give more stars, I would. The young queen that did my locs made me feel so beautiful after. Don't get me wrong I am already fine however, after the wash, retwist, and style, nobody could tell me nothing. It's been a week and my style is still in. Folks compliment me everywhere I go. I will definitely be back.
India is a very beautiful professional black women that runs an amazing business , the shop is always clean and smells nice, she does wonderful hair many different styles , always has a positive attitude , she very knowledgeable about your hair, and SHE WASHES YOUR HAIR !!
