This is my second time here. They did a really good time the first time but yesterday was so bad. Worst adult haircut of my life mirror the hack job I got from my dads when I was young and refused to get a cut by a professional. I asked for a Bob that fell below my chin, she asked showed me shorter but I told her longer. I got a shorter than that. It was mid cheek, like a French Bob without the bangs. It was so uneven but I was just done. It's going to take 2-3 months to grow enough to get recut and I'm looking into hair extensions. My attitude is it is just hair and will grow but this is the worst haircut for something so basic and I still need to walk around. I would never come back to Phong or this place. My sister came to get her a-line and was like, we need to just pay more for a better professional for our cuts. This is our last time. I would show pictures but am embarrassed.

Walked in and said here for a cut, wasted 30 minutes waiting for 2 customers in front of me then the customer behind me gets a cut first
Then I asked them why am I not getting a cut, then guy says oh we didnt know which one you want.
If I could rate 0 or negative star I would
Waste of time I will never get back
Read the good reviews as well and thought I’d be satisfied. Dont go here if you dont like your time wasted

Here's my honest review. Merle is the stylist that cut my hair and attention to detail was not there. Skills are a bit outdated. I asked for a haircut and referenced a picture of a woman with straight cut, mid length and some texture. obviously I don't expect the same as the photo however the haircut was lacking symmetry. She had me check to see if I liked it and I pointed out it was not symmetrical and she took a few snips as if she were fixing it and that was that. The haircut was over, I'm left with uneven hair that cost $25. I recommend paying a few extra bucks for a nice haircut.
