My favorite place for a spray tan! I've been twice and will continue to come here anytime I need a tan. Meghan did my first one and she was great. Took the time to figure out what I was going for my Cabo vacation and totally delivered! The other spray artist (can't recall who) was also amazing and took the notes from my first tan and delivered the perfect look for a girls weekend in Nashville. The space is beautiful and I'll always recommend this place to friends!

I started going to Mist Body Bar to use the lymphatic roller machine and have done it a couple times now! It’s definitely a game changer and easy to use. Megan has a video that walks you thru the entire experience so you can have your private relaxation time, but also feel confident in what you’re doing! I love the little shop at Mist too, perfect items for a new outfit or gifts for loved ones there!
