The online scheduling and payment is a breeze, the walkers are all thoughtful and caring (we love Maddison!), and they provide a detailed update and photos after every visit. Our pup is well cared for and I never have to worry about this reliable service! We have also used the personal training through Midtown Mutts with Heidi, and she has been a lifesaver in helping us navigate specific training needs!

Cassi, and Midtown Mutts, are truly amazing! They are so easy to access (signing up for services online) and the updates are so friendly and packed with information. I enjoyed the pictures and report cards that I got of my dog so much during his walks, that I would forward them to my kids. Cassi helped out tremendously when my dog and I were attacked by a homeless man's german shepherd, a I will forever be grateful for her kindness and guidance!
