I was grateful to be able to be seen so quickly. And I did have most of my questions answered. However, I left with a few unanswered questions and had requested a callback from the PA. This call never came and my questions remain unanswered. P.S. After my original post, I did receive a phone call and all of my questions were answered. So, I have now added a star.
Very pleased with my visit to urgent care. I was called in within 5 minutes of my arrival. The doctor was very pleasant and diagnosed my situation quickly. She called in a prescription which was ready for me on my way home. I wish all visits to urgent care went this smoothly. Thank you to all involved!
Love this place. They have valet parking. It's free valet parking if you're handicapped I believe and $5 if you're not. They're really caring. They return your calls with results and you can leave messages. I never did this but you can make appointments. Great Dr's and Np's and receptionists. Moving and i won't be able to go their anymore. Sad!
