Rick was fantastic to work with! He was super friendly and professional, and when an unexpected service need came up, he adapted quickly and handled it with no trouble at all. Blown away at the service from Gabriel at Main Stream Electric. My Light fixture in the garage was not working. Previous electrician suggested I replace the entire fixture so I got a second opinion. Operators at Main Stream are professional and polite.
Main Stream called me to let me know they were on the way. Gabriel arrived promptly at the appointed time. He took a look and informed me that was unnecessary, a little rewiring, and with LED bulbs, it's working. He explained everything in detail, was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick. Service was done in 20 minutes.
Great experience with this company as a first time customer. They sent someone out same day with an estimate and the job was completed within a day. Rick and his apprentice did a great job. Good customer service and communication overall. Will be using them again.
