Angelo was amazing. So professional, polite and fast. We had a flat tire on our rental on our way to catch a flight. He came right away and hurried to get us taken care of. He was awesome. I would highly recommend Loyalty towing and Angelo is a rock star ! Thank you

Called AAA for some help with putting a donut on. Haven’t changed a tire in like 15 years and wanted to make sure we made it back to Fairfield from Davis. Loyal Towing called us in less than 5 minutes and let me know who they were sending and when they would be there. Then Alex, the tow truck driver, called shortly after to let us know he would be there even quicker. He showed up right on time, was extremely professional and had us back on the road feeling confident that we would make it home on the donut which I have never driven with and was a little anxious about.

My husband and I were driving from Woodland to Davis and ended up running over something and got a flat tire. We called the Toyota Road service and we were told it would be about a 60 minute wait. We got a text that said a 90 minute wait. Thankfully it was only about ten minutes later Kyle from Loyal Towing showed up. He was very polite, professional, and very quick. I was so relieved. I definitely would recommend Loyal Towing and Kyle. Thank you Kyle!
