The serpentine belt on my car broke about 7 miles from home at 10pm on a Saturday night. I was with my son and we called AAA for a tow home, figuring we'd wait about an hour at least, but the driver from Loyal Towing arrived within 15 minutes. He was incredibly kind, professional and conscientious. Two days later, we called AAA again to request a tow from my home to a local mechanic, and they sent Loyal Towing. Again, their driver arrived quickly (a different driver than before) and was also extremely thoughtful, professional and kind. By far the best experience I've ever had with a towing company; I would recommend them to anyone!

The guy name Robert responded very quickly and showed up within 15 minutes. He did a very professional job handling my car on his tow truck. He made sure my car was lifted enough, so the front bumper wouldn’t get any scratches/damage. I would definitely recommend this company and thank to Robert for being so careful and professional!
