As a customer of her for almost 3 years, I can't recommend Joyce enough. She does quality haircuts that match your needs flawlessly at a very competitive price. She 1000% knows business and is highly skilled at her craft. She does an incredible job at making you feel comfortable and seen. She has a wide range of haircut styles that She is able to do, so there's something for literally everyone. scheduling is quick, easy, and no BS. Overall, I highly recommend her service and will continue getting haircuts with her for a long time.
Mrs. Woo is very skilled and professional. She definitely knows what she is doing and gives great advice and comments on what kind of hairstyle is best for you. I definitely would recommend stoping by and getting your hair done over there.
Being in a new city, I'm looking for someone who will take care of my curls and I read the reviews and really, reviews can be determined off of someone's bad day, for me, I'd prefer to try and weigh out the outcome. I've had some pretty bad curly cuts. I called Joyce and she scheduled me in for the next day. Joyce is a phenomenal woman, she has a lot of history and stories, amazing ones, definitely someone worth getting to know, very kind as well and professional. She knew exactly what I wanted for my curls and I let her do her thing and when I did, I was satisfied with the layers, the fullness, and weightless feeling of the curls. She did a fantastic job and I will continue to visit her for my curl cuts. I found someone I can trust with my hair. She is a one person army so she only takes on what she can handle and that's ok.
