Nobody wants to have to write this review. My father died fairly unexpectedly one evening. I met the Sheriff deputies at his house and they left, I didn’t really know what to do. I called Lombard and was greeted with respect and dignity, despite it being a little late at night. They walked me thru the process, step by step, and came to pick him up. The next day I talked to Jenna, and she was amazing. She communicated each step of the process clearly, checked in frequently, and was incredibly friendly. I would like to express myself and families sincerest appreciation for the phenomenal beautiful services that Lombard delivered. From start to finish every detail was taken care of with dignity, thoughtfulness and care. The preparation of our loved one for the service was absolutely amazing.
