Horrible customer service. Don't use their online service system. It cancels and reschedules without notice. When I called to follow up, the staff was apathetic of the issue and provided no opportunities to remedy the situation.

Katelyn did my lashes and they were classic and perfect, I liked them alot.

I was charged over $300 for the membership and getting my lashes done and I upgraded to the volume $12 more. It clearly looks like they did the classic lashes. It's not worth how much they charge. And they said they will charge me another $159 for the month I cancel and get no fills with the amount I pay.
