I’ve been bringing my son here for his annual eye exams, and our visit today was a bit frustrating. We arrived to find that my son was scheduled with a different doctor than usual, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. Although I agreed to the change, things took a turn when I was told there would be a $30 fee for contact lens insertion and removal training, despite me stating that my son didn’t need this.

Kubo Optometry has always provided me with outstanding quality patient care and I would never go elsewhere! Dr. Huynh is seriously amazing! I've been her patient for years. I love that she listens carefully to my concerns, provides me with an in-depth assessment, conducts thorough eye examinations, and educates me on my condition. She takes her time with me and is very patient. She displays such a high level of compassion and care. I truly appreciate her kindness, expertise, and efforts! Whenever I have an issue with my eyes she always finds the best solution to my problem. She doesn't offer just one remedy, but several options to try. I feel reassured to know we're tackling the problem from all angles. In addition, she always makes sure that I leave the office with great advice on how to improve my overall eye health. I can tell Dr. Huynh is a doctor who is truly dedicated to work and has spent countless hours perfecting her craft. Being a long-term patient, I have noticed the continuous upgrades Kubo Optometry has done to their office. The interior office has been transformed into such a beautiful and modern design. They have added the most advanced and innovative machines for not only your eyes, but your skin as well. Wow, talking about getting the best of both worlds! Lol I can receive eye care and beauty combined! Yessss please! I've also tried some of their skincare products and I love using the needle free serum and ultra hydrating cream. I can see the elasticity in my skin has improved over time with the needle free serum and my face looks more plump and firm! The ultra-hydrating cream works amazing and is exactly like what it says--rich, soothing, and leaves my face feeling so soft! Oh, can't forget about their wide and stylish selection of eyewear! I find them so difficult to resist! I seem to have a problem just leaving with one or two pairs. I honestly would love to take home at least four or five! As for the front staff, thanks for always being so warm and welcoming towards me. They always greet me with a big smile every time I come in. Thank you Kubo Optometry and Dr. Huynh for providing exceptional care every time I'm there! I wish I didn't have to see you guys as often as I do, but thanks for always helping me feel comfortable, at ease, and better at the end of the day! I know I'm in good hands!
Haven't had an eye vision check up in over 10 years! I picked Kubo for their amazing reviews and word of mouth. Staff were friendly. Dr Huynh was super welcoming. Made the eye exam comfortable. She let me try on different color contact lens before I order them (cosmetic reasons....thank goodness my eye sights is still good...lol). Re-ordering the color contact lens soon. Love Dr Huynh and her amazing staff!!
