The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, but the Clinician, Mandip was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful, and answered every question I had. She took her time ensuring a pleasurable experience with my procedure.
Dr. Gao and her assistant did a great job with the removal of the cyst on my dad's elbow. I was greeted with friendly, helpful service from Rose at the front desk, the operating room was sterile and well lit, Dr.Gao was precise, sure handed and prceeded confidently and efficiently. They communicated with my dad throughout the procedure to let him know what to expect, and gave pertinent information afterward regarding the next steps with healing and caring for the wound. We also recieved written instructions in the follow up on kp.org.
