J is a master of his craft. I came in expecting the worst. I’ve had bad experiences at salons my whole life and have avoided them. As soon as I sat down, J assessed what my desired style was and how we could achieve it. Over the course of a few hours he blew my expectations out of the water. I walked away absolutely hooked and feeling incredibly confident with a renewed and clean look while attention to all my needs were met. Also- be warned J’s is a family establishment. Expect to see kids and folks popping up. If your patient, the kindness, service, and care is beyond worth it.

I was helped by a girl named janiah (I believe its pronounced juh-nye-uh?) Anyhoo, she was polite, prompt, helpful, kind, and professional. It is SO hard to find a decent place that will do dreadlocks, let alone so nicely and timely. This place has made me a regular nowService: Dreadlocks
