My photographer was so professional and was so caring about my wants for the shoot! I did a maternity shoot (FTM) and she made the transition of poses so smoothly and it wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable at all , I have done a lot of shoots and in the past (not at JCPenney) it can definitely feel awkward if there’s no chemistry between u and the photographer and this was not a problem! AND my pictures ended up looking great. Her name is Tara I believe, so sweet and kind:) I would recommend her 1000x ! Thank you Tara
We had a special portrait session at the JCPenney Portrait Studio on Arden Way for my three-year-old’s birthday and pictures with Grandma, who was visiting from out of town. Our first session didn’t go quite as planned — they were very busy, and the photographer seemed a bit rushed.
But Luke, the acting manager, absolutely saved the day! He didn’t hesitate to squeeze us in for a reshoot and went above and beyond to make sure we got every pose we wanted. He was friendly, funny, and professional the entire time. You could really tell he cared about making the experience right and making sure we left happy.

My friends and I had such a great time doing our fun group photos here. This was our second time coming here for group photos. Booked online for a group of 12 people. Luke and Danette were so accommodating and efficient. Request them if you can. They were able to get us into multiple different poses in the span of our 30 minute session. Will definitely be coming back for another session!
