JCPenney is a large retailer offering a wide range of apparel, home furnishings, and beauty products. They carry national brands like Adidas and Levi's, as well as their own private brands. Shoppers can find clothing for men, women, and children, along with footwear, jewelry, and accessories. JCPenney also offers a beauty concept with products from brands like Covergirl, e.l.f., and Thirteen Lune. While some customers appreciate the variety of brands and styles available, others find the store layout confusing and difficult to navigate. Finding the right size can also be a challenge, and some shoppers find the in-store experience less enjoyable than shopping online due to limited staff and sometimes subpar fitting rooms. However, customers consistently praise the helpfulness and expertise of individual employees like stylists.
I’m not sure of the lady’s name, but I truly want to thank her for taking the time to help me and my spouse. She went out of her way to show us how to look up a coupon and sign up for rewards so we could get the item we wanted for a lower price.
She was so patient, kind, and generous with her time, and we really appreciated her willingness to help us save money. Thank you so much for making our shopping experience even better!
I am pleased and surprised that JCPenney successfully navigated the potential challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The store continues to maintain its established reliability, now enhanced by the integration of seasonal clothing trends from popular brands, while steadfastly offering the foundational merchandise it has historically provided. The location desirability is up to the client, I am not that big of a fan of The Arden Mall, but I guess shop where you can if this is a store you like.
Great sales. Always plenty to choose from. Great customer service. If one cashier is busy the dot.com cashier will pull people back to that register.
Make sure to ask them to apply all coupons, some will and some won't until you ask.
Clean bathrooms just in case.
I love walking through the mall and checking out all the shops.
