J C Penny's salon Just note to commend Ellie a stylist I had the pleasure of meeting. I was a walk in searching for a haircut. Ellie received me and was such a joy. She suggested I have a treatment for my damaged hair before my cut. Later she cut and styled my hair and I walked out a happy customer. See you again Ellie
Shopping in JCPenny is comfortable. The store does not have too many people, even during the holiday season. The store does need some maintenance. I'm not talking about a major remodeling. But some touch up will be great. I find many lights blinking on and off inside the store at almost all the departments. This should be an easy fix! The store looked clean, and the parking lot wasn't too busy.
Even though a clerk told me that they had men's blazer's, there were none in stock. Also, they do not normally have anyone staffing the men's department. It is however, one of my favorite stories.
