He message me before hand to confirm time. Called me the day of and asked if he could come in earlier which was perfect for me. He was very respectful of the property. Did a thorough check on carpet. vacuumed it first and started working on cleaning it. Did a great job on the carpet for the room I requested. I would highly recommend him.

Juan arrived on time and was very polite and professional. It didn’t take long for him to clean 3 rooms - probably 1 1/2 hours max. I love the results . I’ll be calling JB carpet for any further carpet cleaning.
