My experience was awoesome the tax technician lady who did my taxes was informative telling each and single steps of the process to get my refund I would encourage everyone to use jackson Hewitt to get your taxes done
Totally go to Kim she knows what she's doing. Had another rep file my taxes. There was a miscommunication. I was upset Kim went above and beyond to look into it. She provided me proof it will be ok. Found out today everything went through. I will be in to apologize to Kim. Definitely never listen to family even if they work for IRS. Thank you Kim for dealing with me I'm sorry. Should have known my own family always tries to act better then me just because they work for IRS.
