I can’t express how happy I am finding this agency, after months of searching for insurances I finally found a perfect match through the Jack-Novicio insurance! I have been try to transfer the title of my brother’s car since he passed in June 2020. Been to several different agents. My agent was able to do the needed paperwork and even called to verify her procedure was correct. It was all done in about an hour.
