The owner is a nice lady and her haircuts are good if you tell her want you and and show her pictures. They do tend to overbook and I've had to wait an extra 10 min or so, but I didn't mind.

I have gotten a digital perm + haircut (wolf cut/mullet-ish) multiple times here, and every time it has come out really good! I normally show Ms. Jong a picture of what I’m looking for, and she always does it justice. She’s very nice too! For me, my woman’s digital perm + hair cut was $180 without tip, and it typically lasts for three months with good hair care!

Ms. Jong was kind, and she was very meticulous with my hair! I've had digital perms done twice (SF/LA) before and was happy to find Mrs. Jong in Sacramento! Since it's been about 10 years since I last had a digital perm, I was a little nervous but after talking to Ms. Jong on the phone and meeting her in person, she made me comfortable. I highly recommend and will be back to J.J. Beauty Salon for my future haircuts and perms!
