I bought a car from them and while I drove away it came up with a check engine light. They bought the replacement part for me and even paid for a mechanic to install it. Super great customer service and great deals
I went to 2 mechanics coz my terperature gauge spike for 2 seconds and back to normal. The 1st mechanic told me I have faulty radiator fan. And the the other mechanics he said i might have blow headgasket. So iwent to him in 10 mins he diagnosed that i have faulty sensor radiator fan switch. He said dont buy aftermarket part so i went to the dealer buy the original parts. So iwent back there he install it. Then few mins the radiatorn fan turn on the right temperature. I was so happy that he fixed it. He is really honest and fair price. But sometimes he is grumpy.
1000/10!! I am still in such disbelief, you would never know that my car was in an accident. Parts assembly (my entire front had to be replaced), paint blending (that is absolutely flawless btw) as well as using the frame machine to fix the body, etc. I expressed how this is my only transportation and they got my car parts ordered and the process started quickly. Rocky was even kind enough to send pictures throughout the stages, such great communication all along the way. Rocky and his team are truly so amazing.
