IBS is a very helpful, knowledgeable Tax Service. Add to that that they are also reasonably priced. I turned in my papers and two days later they had my tax return ready to be signed. I recommend them highly.

This place was okay until this year I'm filling my taxes with them for 2024 and they taking 3 days to call the IRS to investigate to see if I owe anything? If I owe something the IRS will definitely come after you I been on my job for 30 years!! I don't like the way they handle things or do business here..We pay you just to file our taxes that's it and that's all you have to do!! They act like they're working for the IRS or something.. Then they told me I had to bring them proof of my of income for temporary disability when disability isn't claimed as income it's a benefit you don't claim that on your taxes!! This place seems like it's nothing but problems I don't feel comfortable doing my taxes here because they are just wanted to report you instead of helping you get anything back!! I won't be going back to this place

Horrible customer service & attitude.I went in to get my taxes done because I was delayed this year. I was fully aware that I was going to get penalized by the IRS but wanted to ask if I would continue to accrue fees until the IRS e portal is open and I can file. The representative didn’t understand & said I will get penalized because I should’ve applied in October. No comprehensive of my question and the attitude was horrible.
